Meet Jimmy
Punjab. Bologna. Always Jimmy.
His name is Jamal, but everyone knows him as Jimmy. The bar takes its name from him.
Originally from Punjab, he has called Bologna home for twenty years. His knowledge of mixology and passion for bottles have helped shape the bar: a selection to explore, a cocktail to recommend, a new flavour to discover.
Jimmy is the owner, but more than that, he is the heart of this place. His curiosity is behind the wall of bottles; his approach to the Cocktail Lab makes a good drink a chance to connect, not just something to order.
