Made famous by a certain New York series, the Cosmopolitan is far more serious than its reputation: the balance of cranberry, citrus and triple sec is surgical. The pink comes from cranberry, not syrup. At Jimmy we serve it in a frozen coupe, finished with a flamed orange peel.
