Espresso Martini
Vodka, fresh espresso, coffee liqueur, sugar.
Freshly pulled espresso, vodka and coffee liqueur shaken to a cream-coloured crown. An elegant wake-up before the night begins.
On the palate: bold, creamy and classic. A late-night sipper, to take slowly.
Legend says that in 1980s London a model asked Dick Bradsell for something to wake her up, then knock her out. This is what he made. The secret is fresh espresso, shaken hard over ice for the foam. At Jimmy we use coffee pulled to order, never syrup — which is why the crema holds to the last sip.
