Frank Fogarty, a deaf-mute vaudeville actor, brought it to the Detroit Athletic Club in the 1920s. Then it vanished for decades, until Murray Stenson dug it back up in Seattle in 2004. Four equal parts and a balance that's anything but easy. Try it once and you'll keep ordering it.
