Tom Collins
Gin, lemon juice, sugar, soda.
Tall and fizzy long drink. The gin you drink without thinking twice.
On the sip: fresh and classic. An aperitivo pour, when you want something lively.
Before the cocktail there was the Tom Collins hoax: in 1874 a New York paper invented a man named Collins who badmouthed everyone in town. People walked into bars asking for him, and bartenders answered with this drink. The 19th century's first viral prank.
