A Pornstar Martini turned into a spritz. Passion fruit and vanilla opened up with prosecco, and it never reaches the table unnoticed.
The classic Pornstar Martini is great, but it's a lot, proper end-of-night stuff. So we lightened it: same passion fruit pulp, same soft vanilla, stretched with prosecco and soda so it holds up as an aperitivo. With groups it's a done deal. One person orders it and two minutes later the whole table wants one.
