Elderflower, mint and lime instead of the bitter note. Seriously fragrant, and the lightest of the lot.

The Hugo started up in the Dolomites and ended up everywhere. Elderflower and mint turn prosecco into something floral and light, with none of the bitterness. You smell it before it reaches you, it's that fragrant. Perfect when it's hot and Aperol feels like too much.
