A nearly forgotten pre-Prohibition cocktail: dry vermouth, sweet-herbal Bénédictine and a single drop of absinthe for character. Stirred and served cold, fragrant and faintly aniseed, low in alcohol. For when you've done the Negroni and the Americano and want something more obscure.
