Created in the thirties by Will Parker, head barman at Havana's Hotel Nacional de Cuba, the same hotel where Hemingway kept his regular table. Apricot and pineapple echo the island's flavours while lime cuts the sweetness. Considered one of the great forgotten Cuban cocktails.
