Harry MacElhone recorded it in 1930 at Paris's Harry's New York Bar as a cheeky take on the classic Sidecar, swapping cognac for white rum. The name plays on the drink's elegance and the double meaning of 'between the sheets', classic twenties Paris humour. Three spirits in equal parts: bold, dry, memorable.
