It's Bermuda's official drink: Gosling's Black Seal and ginger beer, full stop. The name comes from the visual contrast, dark rum 'floating' on a pale, fizzy base, like clouds over the sea. It's one of the few cocktails on earth protected by trademark, which is why it's made with exactly those two ingredients.
