Italian Amari

Jägermeister

German dark herbs, anise, cold finish. The amaro that took over clubs.

Profile: bitter and bold. In the Italian aperitivo tradition.

Jägermeister was born in 1934 in Germany from a recipe of fifty-six herbs and spices — the name means 'master hunter'. Its anise profile and menthol finish made it Europe's most-requested shot. At Jimmy we serve it ice-cold, neat or in a Fernandito.

5,00 €

We make it at Jimmy's cocktail lab, Via Petroni 32/c — university area of Bologna, four minutes from the Two Towers. Open every evening from 6pm.
