Made in Bologna since 1885, Montenegro is the city's amaro: less aggressive than Fernet, more elegant than Averna, with a floral profile that never tires. Stanislao Cobianchi created it by blending over forty botanicals. At Jimmy it's a signature because on Via Petroni, this is home turf.
