Navy Grog
Rum blend, honey, lime, grapefruit.
The grassy bite of a navy grog, with honey and grapefruit instead of rain.
On the sip: bold and tropical. A late-night sipper, to take slowly.
Grog was the Royal Navy's daily ration: rum diluted to fight scurvy and keep the crew's morale up. Don Beach reworked it tiki-style in the forties, adding honey and citrus to soften the blow. The result tastes like naval history but drinks like a holiday.
