Born in San Juan in the fifties, the Piña Colada became Puerto Rico's national drink in 1978 and hasn't stopped travelling since. Pineapple and coconut aren't garnish: they balance the rum and build a texture close to liquid dessert. The cocktail you enjoy without feeling guilty about it.
