Gin, dry vermouth, red vermouth, orange curaçao, orange, bitters.
Orange and vermouth, in double measure. Elegant, complex, with a name that gives you chills.
On the palate: fruity, bitter and classic. Fresh and fruity, always.
Two versions exist, 'Straight' and 'Curled', depending on the orange curaçao you use. The name nods to the devil's orange whiskers in folk tradition. Harry Craddock noted it at the Savoy as a cocktail to know, not to order at random.
