Amarula is a South African liqueur made from marula, the tree whose fallen fruit elephants can't get enough of. Fermented, distilled and oak-aged, it has unusual caramel and tropical-citrus notes. In the Sunset it meets rum and coconut, for a drink that tastes like safari at dusk.
