A pre-Prohibition classic: fino sherry, dry vermouth, a few dashes of orange bitters and angostura, stirred and served cold. Low in alcohol and high on character, with that slightly oxidative note aperitif geeks love. A good alternative when you don't fancy gin or vodka.
