Garibaldi
Campari, fluffy fresh-squeezed orange juice.
Just Campari and orange juice, but whipped to a froth. Two ingredients done properly.
Profile: bitter, fresh and classic. In the Italian aperitivo tradition.
The Garibaldi looks basic: Campari and orange. The whole thing is in how you treat the juice, because frothed up it becomes something else entirely compared to a flat squeeze. Bitter and sweet keep each other in check, and you end up drinking something far more considered than the ingredient list suggests.
